Stephen Whitley

Mr. Whitley brings over 38 years of successful experience in the Real Estate / Construction industry. Currently Mr. Whitley owns and manages a construction company operating out of Pennsylvania, New Jersey and Florida. In addition, Mr. Whitley founded Paramount Capital Advisors, LLC as a real estate acquisition and management company headquartered in Naples, Florida. Primary responsibilities include Real Estate acquisitions, underwriting and investor relations.
Mr. Whitley has experience working as a mortgage broker, loan originator and underwriter as well as a real estate business broker handling all facets of transactions from raising capital, to sales, purchases, rental management, zoning & land use, including general business consulting.
Mr. Whitley has purchased and sold a mix of 85 commercial and residential rehab properties and currently retains a debt free blend of 39 AUM. Construction projects have involved all facets from new ground breaking to renovations from 1,000 to 200,000 square feet.

Pennsylvania Realty Board, and The Real Estate School in NJ
Stephanie Whitley

Stephanie is a co-founder of Paramount Capital Advisors and brings a multitude of experience to the company. She will be concentrating her efforts on acquisitions, underwriting, investor relations, property management and marketing.
Stephanie has experience managing over 1,000 units concurrently and multiple properties. She has been a real estate consultant responsible for numerous assets under management.
Stephanie is a Dean’s List graduate of Temple University’s Fox School of Business. She holds a bachelor’s degree in Real Estate Law and Marketing. Stephanie has complimented her education with various real estate finance fundamentals and additional practice courses.
Stephanie is an active volunteer for community outreach programs.
Dean I. Cronister

Mr. Cronister brings over 40 years of professional business development experience and is responsible for assisting the growth and development of Paramount Capital, LLC with its real estate interests, including raising capital and overseeing critical business services such as investor relations, property underwriting, management, and staffing.
Mr. Cronister has spent the previous five years as COO working for a national commercial real estate firm specializing in medical office building developments.
Mr. Cronister has served as a past officer, director, and founder of numerous financial services companies, some of which have been publicly owned.
Mr. Cronister has a degree in Business Administration with a focus on marketing, which included several Federal and State licenses and certifications from General Insurance Brokerage, Real Estate Broker, Mortgage Banker, and General Securities Principal; all of which included numerous industry awards, achievements, and memberships.
Breanna Crotty

Breanna is a great asset to our management team with over seven years of experience working in the Social Media and Digital Marketing space. She has assisted over 100 different companies with their social media management, working with multiple non-profit organizations to help build awareness and an online presence. In addition, Breanna started her own company, acquiring numerous clients. Breanna will be assisting in the strategy, execution and management of all our social media platforms, as well as digital marketing, and automation integration.
Breanna graduated from The University of South Florida with her Bachelor’s of Arts in Criminology. She is currently pursuing her second Bachelor’s of Science in Management and Organizational Leadership with a concentration in Entrepreneurship. After graduating, she hopes to continue her education by obtaining her Master’s of Business Administration with a concentration in Data Analytics.
Christopher Danks

Chris is an important member who will have multiple functions as an administrative assistant, property manager, and investor relations specialist complimenting Paramount Capital Advisors’ business operations. Analyzing various data marketing, communication and software platforms are just a few areas of his concentration. Chris will play an important role developing investor coordination with appropriate real estate properties.
Chris has a successful work experience from hospitality, retail and direct customer relations. He has a desire to help others benefit from an educated consumer approach.
Chris studied Business Administration at Temple University’s Fox School of Business. He is a native of Philadelphia, PA who enjoys sports and is an avid comic collector.
